Jersey Cricket Board transfer assets to Jersey Cricket Limited

Pursuant to Article 10 of the Loi (1862) sur les teneures en fideicommis et l'incorporation d'associations, the Jersey Cricket Board, an incorporated association established as a societe de sports) proposes, by an application to the Royal Court on 12 March 2021, to transfer its assets to Jersey Cricket Limited, a Jersey company limited by guarantee, which has been incorporated to act as the successor body in all respects to the Jersey Cricket Board. Following the transfer of assets, it is proposed the Jersey Cricket Board shall be dissolved per a resolution of its members.
