Union Real Estate II LP notice of dissolution

​Notice is hereby given that in accordance with the Limited Partnership Agreement (“LPA”) and subsequent amendment and restatement of the LPA, it was resolved that the Partnership be dissolved. Alan John Roberts and James Richard Pirie of Grant Thornton have been appointed as Joint Liquidators of Union Real Estate Fund II GP Co (Jersey) Limited, the General Partner of Union Real Estate Fund II GP (Jersey) ILP which acts as General Partner of the Partnership.   

All persons having claims against the Partnership are required to submit details thereof to Union Real Estate Fund II GP Co (Jersey) Limited, before 29 January 2024, and all persons indebted to the Partnership are required to settle with the Partnership by the above-mentioned date. 

The Partnership is able to pay all its known liabilities in full.
