Liquidation of Watchmoor Estates Limited

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with the bvi business companies act, 2004 (the "act"), that:

(a) Clinton hempel of hb chambers, rodus building, road reef marina, road town, tortola, british virgin islands vg1110 was appointed as voluntary liquidator of the company on 22 october 2013 (the "liquidator");

(b) The company was dissolved on 22 october 2015 (the "dissolution"), following the completion of its voluntary liquidation (the "voluntary liquidation");

(c) At the time of the dissolution, the company had two shareholders (together, the "shareholders", and each, a "shareholder");

(d) As part of the voluntary liquidation, a distribution (the "distribution") in the form of money was to be made to each shareholder from which only one shareholder was able to receive its share of the distribution;

(e) Neither the other shareholder nor its representative(s), assign(s) or beneficial owner(s) received its share of the distribution, though reasonable attempts to contact them in order to effect the distribution, were made by the liquidator; and

(f) The liquidator in the absence of receiving a rightful claim to the distribution on or before 30 september 2021, intends to make an application under section 220 of the act to arrange for the distribution to be vested in the crown.
