Antler Property Corporation Limited (In Liquidation)

​Notice is hereby given that a Written Resolution of the Members of the Company was signed on 30 September 2021, at which Special Resolutions were duly passed that the Company be wound up pursuant to Section 204(1) of the BVI Business Companies Act, 2004, and that, Matthew Richardson of Grant Thornton (British Virgin Islands) Limited, PO Box 4259, 171 Main Street, 2nd Floor, The Barracks, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands and Andrea Frances Alice Harris of Grant Thornton Limited, Lefebvre House, Lefebvre Street, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 3TF be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up.

All persons having claims against the Company are required to submit details thereof to me before the 27 October 2021 and all persons indebted to the said Company are required to settle with the Joint Liquidators by the above mentioned date.

The Company is able to pay all its known liabilities in full.
