Modifications to the Road Traffic (St Helier) (Order) 1996

Under article 68 of the Road Traffic (Jersey) Law 1956

Change To Traffic Arrangements The Parade

The Connétable of St Helier, in pursuance of Article 68 of The Road Traffic (Jersey) Law 1956, as amended, and after consultation with the Minister for Infrastructure, gives notice of the following traffic changes in the parade to take place from Tuesday 1 March 2022.

Schedule 4 Article 6(1)(A)) Prohibition of Waiting

The entry of ‘Parade, The (Easter Arm)’ is amended to become;

East side (between Union Street and a point 44 yards further north)

Schedule 8 – Paying Parking Places on Roads - Part 2 – 1 Hour Limit

The entry of ‘Parade, The (Easter Arm)’ is amended to become;

West side (between a point 51 yards north of its junction with union street and a point 61 yards further north)

Schedule 11 - Parking of Motorcycles and Mopeds

The entry of ‘Parade, The (Easter Arm)’ is removed and replaced with;

Western side (between a point 29 yards north of Union Street and a point 9 yards north)

Western side (between a point 45 yards north of Union Street and a point 6 yards north)
