30 July 2024Notice is hereby given, that on 14 December 2023 the Royal Court of Jersey ordered that the Company be wound up pursuant to Article 155 of the Companies (Jersey) Law, 1991.
On 25 July 2024, the Court ordered that Mr Andrew Wood and Mr Alexander Adam of Teneo Financial Advisory Limited be appointed with immediate effect as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up.
Notice is hereby given by the Joint Liquidators pursuant to article 160(1)(a) of the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991, as amended, that a meeting of the creditors of the Company will be held at Forum 3, Grenville Street, St Helier, JE2 4UF on 15 August 2024 at 2pm.
A statement of affairs of the Company will be laid before the creditors at this creditor meeting.
All creditors of the above company are required on or before 9 September 2024 to send their names and addresses and particulars of their claims to the Joint Liquidators together with supporting documentation.
