On 14 April 2025, the Jersey Competition Regulatory Authority issued a Notice of Application, with respect to the proposed transaction, through which MIH East Holdings is seeking to acquire the remaining issued and to be issued share capital of the International Stock Exchange Group. The notice initiates a 10-working day public consultation and invites comments on the proposed transaction from the public. The consultation closes on 29 April 2025.
