Sale or alienation of part of the Commune Du Fief de la Gruchetterie
Notice of meeting
Jurat David Paul Le Heuzé has been appointed by an Act of the Royal Court dated 7 February 2025, pursuant to Article 2 of the Loi (1900) touchant l'alienation des Communes de Fief, to examine the application made by Emma Henrietta Johnston, née Lemprière-Robin, Dame du Fief de la Gruchetterie for the sale and alienation of part of the Commune du Fief at Bouley Bay, Trinity, namely:
A strip of land at the cliff face (alongside the jetty or slipway at Bouley Bay) with an open area of land and paths and footpaths above (collectively 'the Land') which is adjacent to the Water’s Edge Hotel (the 'Hotel Site') to the owner of the Hotel Site, W.E. (Jersey) Limited (the 'Company')
and to report to the Royal Court on the advantages of the transfer.
Notice is hereby given that a meeting of ‘les intéressés’ of the Commune du Fief de la Gruchetterie will take place on Wednesday 12 March 2025 starting at 12.30pm in the H V Benest Room, Viscount’s Department, Morier House, St Helier.
