Gyle Shopping Centre Trustee Limited in liquidation

​​​​​Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Article 158 of the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991 (the Law), that on 23 October 2024 a special resolution was duly passed by the members of Gyle Shopping Centre Trustee Limited (the Company) that the Company be wound up in a Creditors Winding Up in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 4 of Part 21 of the Law.

At a duly convened meeting of the creditors on 23 October 2024, called in accordance with the provisions of Article 160(1) of the Law respectively, the following were appointed Joint Liquidators in accordance with Article 161 of the Law:

• Andy Wood and Alex Adam of Teneo Financial Advisory Limited, Forum 3, ​Grenville Street, St Helier, Jersey, JE2 4UF
• ​Bucktrout House, Glategny Esplanade, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 3HQ

All creditors of the above company are required on or before 14 December 2024 to send their names and addresses and particulars of their claims to the Joint Liquidators together with supporting documentation.
