Notic​e is given that the Company intends to make an application to the Jersey Financial Services Commission to seek continuance as a body corporate governed by the laws of the Isle of Man pursuant to Article 127T of the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991, as amended (the Law).

Any creditor the Company who objects to the application may within 21 days after the date of this advertisement give notice of their objection to the Company.
