In the matter of JQW Plc (the Company) in liquidation

Notice is hereby given that, on 25 June 2024, the Royal Court of Jersey duly ordered that the Company be wound up under Article 155 of the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991 (as amended), on a just and equitable basis, and that Geoff Bouchier of Kroll Advisory Ltd., The Shard, 32 London Bridge Street, London, SE1 9SG and Clive Le Marquand of PKF BBA Limited, 9 Bond Street, St Helier, Jersey, Channel Islands, JE2 3NP be appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company.
