Application pursuant to Article 10 of the Loi (1862) sur les teneures en fidéicommis et l’incorporation d’associations

Pursuant to Article 10 of the Loi (1862) sur les teneures en fideicommis et l'incorporation d'associations, Jersey Homeless Outreach Group (an incorporated Association established under this Law) proposes, by an application to the Royal Court on Friday 16 May 2025, to dissolve the Association and to sanction the transfer of the remaining assets of the Association to the Shelter Trust with whom the Association works closely.  

The members of the Association have already voted at a  general meeting to dissolve the Association. 

Any person who wishes to object to the application may do so by lodging notice of such objection with the Chairman, Canon Geoff Houghton, by no later than Friday 9 May 2025.
