Lithium Topco Limited in voluntary liquidation

Notice is hereby given that a Special Written Resolution of the Members of the Company was executed on 08 November 2024, the following Special Resolution was confirmed: the Company be wound up summarily in accordance with Chapter 2 (Summary winding up) of Part 21 (Winding up of companies) of the Companies (Jersey) Law, 1991 as amended; and with effect from the commencement of the summary winding up of the Company, Natalie Boes and Christiaan van den Berg of 37 Esplanade, St Helier, Jersey, JE2 3QE be appointed as joint liquidator for the purposes of such summary winding up.

All persons owing monies to the above-mentioned company are requested to settle the account concerned directly with the Joint Liquidators.

All persons having claims against the above-mentioned company are requested to send a detailed account thereof to the Joint Liquidators on or before 10 December 2024.
