Claims Notice in the estate of Magaret MacDonald Farley (nee Ward)

All persons having claims against the Estate of the above-named deceased, formerly of Les Autres Temps, La Route de la Cote, St Martin, JE3 6DY, are requested to forward a detailed statement thereof within 10 days of this date to Ogier Executor and Trustee Company Limited of 44 Esplanade, St Helier, Jersey, JE4 9WG, acting as Executor of the deceased's Estate.

All creditors wishing to bring a claim are requested to provide all relevant documents in their possession.

A creditor who believes that an amount due to them ranks in priority to another debt should specify this in their claim.

A creditor who believes they have a change affecting the property of the Estate should so claim.

And all persons indebted to the said Estate are requested to settle with the said Ogier Executor and Trustee Company Limited within the same period.
