Notice is hereby given that on 31 October 2024 the Jersey Competition Regulatory Authority (JCRA) issued an Initial Notice exercising a specified regulatory function under the Air and Sea Ports (Incorporation) (Jersey) Law 2015 to issue a new price control framework starting 1 January 2025.
