SC IP Limited (Company) Notice to creditors of proposed continuance overseas pursuant to Part 18C of the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991 (as amended)

Notice is hereby given on behalf of SC IP Limited, a company incorporated in Jersey with company number 125036 (the Company) of its intention to apply to the Jersey Financial Services Commission for continuance in the Isle of Man pursuant to Article 127T and Part 18C of the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991, as amended.

Any creditor of the Company with an objection to the continuance of the Company should notify the Company of their objection in writing within 21 days of the date of this Notice.  All correspondence should be sent to the Company at:
