Sajern Limited meeting of creditors'

Notice is hereby given by Sajern Limited ("the Company") pursuant to article 160(1)(b) of the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991 (as amended), that a meeting of the creditors of the Company will be held at 9 Bond Street, St Helier, Jersey JE2 3NP on 5 September 2024 at 9.15am. at which time a statement as to the affairs of the Company will be laid before the creditors, the nomination of Clive Le Marquand of 9 Bond Street, St Helier, Jersey JE2 3NP as liquidator of the Company will be proposed, and the Liquidator's remuneration will be fixed, all for the purpose of a creditors' winding up of the Company.

Such information concerning the Company's affairs as creditors of the Company may reasonably require will be furnished free of charge by PKF BBA Limited, on behalf of the Company Secretary, of 9 Bond Street, St​ Helier, Jersey JE2 3NP during normal business hours by email at liquidator@pkfbba.com during the period before the said creditors' meeting.
