St Brelade Parish Nomination Meeting

In accordance with Article 19 of the Public Elections (Jersey) Law, Nomination Meetings will be held on Tuesday 30 July 2024 at St Brelade Parish Hall, St Brelade at 7pm and 7.15pm respectively to: 

• ​elect one Procureur du Bien Public for a term of office of three years to expire in September 2027
• elect one Centenier for a term of office of three years to expire in September 2027

 All parishioners and Electors of the Parish are welcome to attend. 

A nomination form for the candidate for election must be produced to the meeting and must be completed by a proposer and 9 seconders who are electors in the parish. 

If there are more candidates than vacancies a poll will be held on Wednesday 11 September 2024.

If there's not more than one candidate, the duly nominated candidate will be declared elected at the nomination meeting. 

To vote in this election you must be registered by midday on Monday 29 July 2024.
