St John Parish Assembly

An Assembly of Principals and Electors of the Parish will be held in the Parish Hall at 7.45pm on Wednesday 11 December 2024, to conduct the following business:​

• receive and if deemed advisable approve the Minutes of the Parish Assembly held on Wednesday 16 October 2024
  
• in accordance with Article 5 of the Loi (1914) Sur la Voirie, elect 3 members of the Comite des Chemins, the term of office of the present holders being due to expire
  
• in accordance with Article 4 of the Loi (1914) Sur la Voirie, elect 2 Inspecteurs des Chemins for each of the Vingtaines of Herupe, Nord and Douet, the term of office of the present Inspecteurs being due to expire
• in conformity with the terms of Article 32 of the Rates (Jersey) Law 2005 to elect 2 persons to act as members of the Assessment Committee, the current terms of office having expired
• elect a Vingtenier for the Vingtaine du Nord the term of office of the current post holder due to expire
• elect Constable’s Officers for various Vingtaines

Following the closure of the Assembly a reception will be held to make a small number of presentations. It would be appreciated if you are able to join us.
