Surex Foundation notice of an application for continuance

We hereby give notice under Regulation 14 of the Foundations (Continuance) (Jersey) Regulations 2009 (the “Regulations”) that Surex Foundation which is established or incorporated in Panama as a Panama Private Interest Foundation intends to make an application to the Jersey Financial Services commission for the authorisation to continue as a foundation incorporated in Jersey under the Foundations (Jersey) Law 2009.

If Surex Foundation were incorporated as a foundation in Jersey it would, on its incorporation, be solvent (as defined in the Regulations). 

Any person who is aggrieved by the proposed incorporation may, within 28 days of the date of the publication of this notice, apply to the Royal Court of Jersey for an order to restrain the proposed incorporation.
