Yolobio Limited solvent summary winding up

At a duly convened meeting of the Members of the Company called under Article 146 of the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991 on 16 December 2024 the company resolved to enter a solvent summary winding up and appointed Adrian John Denis Rabet as Liquidator.

All debtors of the company must arrange payment of the amounts due by them to the company to me within the next 10 working days.

All creditors must supply us with full details of their claim against the company within the next 10 days and this should include such supporting documentation as to enable me to decide whether this claim is proved.

It appears as a matter of record only as arrangements have been made for all creditors and potential creditors to be paid in full.
