​Statement in accordance with Article 127R confirming that no creditors have objected to the Company from making an application under Article 127T. 

The Company will make, or has made, an application to the Jersey Financial Services Commission under Article 127T of the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991 (Jersey Company Law) for continuance as a company incorporated under the laws and regulations applicable in Singapore (Application). 

I, Dominique Burnett, being an authorised signatory of a director of the Company, hereby confirm that, in accordance with Article 127R of the Jersey Company Law, there are no creditors of the Company. I hereby confirm that, in accordance with Article 127T(2)(c) of the Jersey Company Law, as there are no creditors of the company, no creditor has applied to the court for an order restraining the Application.
