06 July 2021Arrangements for Pre-Poll and Postal Voting
The Royal Court has ordered a public election for Constable of St Clement and has fixed Wednesday 28 July 2021 as the date for the election.
Pre-poll Vote
If you live in St Clement and have registered to vote before noon on the 29 June 2021 you can cast a pre-poll vote before Election Day.
The location of the Pre-Poll Voting Station, dates and opening hours are as follows:
20 to 23 July

Postal Vote
If you are likely to be / will be out of the Island on Election Day, then you can either pre-poll vote, or you can apply for a postal vote. To apply for a postal vote please complete and return the Postal Voting Application Form which can be downloaded from www.vote.je or you can collect a copy from either St Clement Parish Hall or the Judicial Greffe Reception. Applications to request a postal vote must be received by noon on 22nd July, 2021.
Voting if you are ill or disabled
If you know you will not be well enough to go to your polling station to vote on election day you can arrange a home visit on election day by telephoning St Clement Parish Hall or by completing and returning an application form for a pre-poll home visit which can be downloaded from www.vote.je or you can collect a copy from either St Clement Parish Hall or the Judicial Greffe Reception. Applications to request a pre-poll home visit must be received by noon on 22 July 2021. Please note that Pre-Poll Officers will not be entering any homes and therefore all home visits will be conducted on the threshold whilst maintaining social distance.
