Gold and General Limited in liquidation

Notice is hereby given that, on 10 May 2024, the Royal Court of Jersey duly ordered that Gold and General Limited ("the Company") be wound up in a Creditors’ Winding Up in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 4 of Part 21 of the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991 (the “Law”), and that Andy Wood and Alex Adam of Teneo Financial Advisory Limited, Forum 3, Grenville Street, St Helier, Jersey, JE2 4UF and Bucktrout House, Glategny Esplanade, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 1WR respectively, be appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company.

Pursuant to Article 160A of the Law, a meeting of the creditors of the Company will be held at Forum 3, Grenville Street, St Helier, Jersey, JE2 4UF on 31 May 2024 at 10am
