Goldstein Holding Limited (in liquidation)

Notice is hereby given that Goldstein Holding (Jersey) Limited (in Liquidation) (“the Company”) duly passed a written Special Resolution placing the Company in summary winding up with effect from 23 September 2022 in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 2 of Part XXI of the Companies (Jersey) Law, 1991 and Stuart Arthur Gardner and Richard Barker of Ernst & Young LLP were appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up. 

All persons having claims against the above-named Company are requested to send a detailed account thereof to the Joint Liquidators on or before 11 November 2022.
