​​​​​Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 204(1)(b) of the BVI Business Companies Act 2004 (as amended), that the liquidation of Hardybay Group Ltd​ commenced on 12 November 2024 and that Aaron Gardner of FTI Consulting (BVI) Limited, 1st Floor, Sea Meadow House, Tobacco Wharf, PO Box 3905, Road Town, Tortola, VG1110, British Virgin Islands, has been appointed as Liquidator of the Company.
