07 July 2023Notice is hereby given pursuant to Article 127R of the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991, as amended (the "Law") that:
Jorum Limited ("the Company"), which is currently incorporated under the laws of Jersey, intends to apply to the Jersey Financial Services Commission, pursuant to Article 127T of the Law, for authorisation to seek continuance as a body incorporated in the Abu Dhabi Global Market
pursuant to Article 127R(2)(d) of the Law, any creditor of the Company is entitled, within 21 days after the date of this notice, to give notice to the Company of its objection to the proposed application by the Company referred to in paragraph 1 above
