MCR Estates Limited creditors winding up

​​Notice is hereby given by MCR Estates Limited ("the Company") pursuant to article 160(1)(b) of the Companies Jersey Law 1991, as amended, that a meeting of the creditors of the Company will be held at Grant Thornton Limited, Third Floor, Kensington Chambers, 46/50 Kensington Place, St Helier, Jersey, JE1 1ET on 23 February 2024 at 2pm.

A statement as to the affairs of the Company will be laid before the creditors and the people nominated by the Company to be Joint Liquidators for the purposes of the winding up, James Pirie and Alan John Roberts of Grant Thornton Limited, Third Floor, Kensington Chambers, 46/50 Kensington Place, St Helier, JE1 1ET, will be proposed.
