MJH Group Holdings Limited in liquidation

Following an Act of Court issued by the Royal Court of Jersey on 11 August 2023 MJH Group Holdings Limited ("the Company") was placed into Creditors’ Winding Up pursuant to Article 157A(1) of the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991. Alan John Roberts (RAL/2) of Grant Thornton Limited, Third Floor, Kensington Chambers, 46/50 Kensington Place, St Helier, JE1 1ET and Richard James Beard and Mark Granville Firmin of Alvarez & Marsal Europe LLP, Park House, 16-18 Finsbury Circus, London, EC2M 7EB were appointed as Joint Liquidators. A meeting of the Company’s creditors was held in accordance with Article 160A of the Law on 1 September 2023.  

All creditors of the above company are required on or before the 31 October 2023 to send their names and addresses and particulars of their claims to the Joint Liquidators together with supporting documentation, and all persons indebted to the said Company are required to settle with the Joint Liquidators by the above mentioned date.
