​Notice of bankruptcy 

The property of Michael James Williams trading as MJW Gardens (Mr Williams) was declared en désastre (bankrupt) by Act of the Royal Court dated 8 November 2024.

Any creditor must write to the Viscount's Department who claims that: 

  • any amount due to them ranks for payment in priority to any other debts
  • they have a surety (caution), guarantee, hypothec, security interest or other charge affecting the property of Mr Williams
  • they have a claim for the repossession of goods

Creditors' statement of claim must be received by 18 December 2024 and include:

  • full details of their claims
  • copies of supporting documentation​

Failure to do so will result in the creditor being excluded from any distribution of the assets.

All persons who owe debts to Mr Williams are required to pay the amounts due to the Viscount’s Department in full by 18 December 2024.
