Parish of Grouville Parish Rates Assembly

​An Assembly of the Principals and Electors of the Parish of Grouville will be held at Grouville Parish Hall on Monday 02 December 2024 at 7pm to conduct the following business:

• to receive and if deemed advisable, approve the minutes of the Parish Assembly held on 29 August 2024
• to receive and if deemed advisable, approve and adopt the audited accounts of the Connétable for the financial year ended 30 April 2024. The said accounts having been previously verified by a firm of Chartered Accountants and examined by the Committee named for that purpose
  
• to place at the disposal of the Roads Committee the amount required for the upkeep and maintenance of the byroads for the financial year ending 30 April 2025
  
• to present, and the Assembly to approve, the Estimates (budget) of the Parish of Grouville for the financial year ending 30 April 2025
  
• to approve a Parish Rate for the financial year ending 30 April 2025
  
• to elect a Committee to examine the Connétable’s accounts for the financial year ending 30 April 2025
  
• to appoint a firm of Chartered Accountants to audit the Connétable’s accounts for the financial year ending 30 April 2025
