Description: Replace balustrades to existing alfresco area (associated with Colmar Restaurant and Brasserie) with adjustable glass screens. RETROSPECTIVE: Install steel posts and frame with retracting roof and adjustable awning blinds to same area. Install additional balustrades with adjustable glass screens, steel posts and frame, retracting roof and adjustable awning blinds to the north-west of the existing, to form similar enclosed structure. Install horizontal frame elements between proposed roofs and Café Colmar building. Change of use of public land enclosed by structures to Class B - cafes and restaurants.
