27 February 2024Notice is hereby given that on 27 February 2024 the Jersey Competition Regulatory Authority (JCRA) issued a Final Notice exercising specified regulatory functions under the Postal Services (Jersey) Law 2004 for Jersey Post Limited.
The functions relate to the issuing of a Class II licence, specific reporting requirements and the implementation of a quality of service regime. The new Class II Licence for Jersey Post Limited, in force from 1 March 2024, can be found alongside the Final Notice.
