​​In the matter of the Representation of Hawk Lending Limited and in the matter of Siena Properties (Bardeaux) Limited and in the matter of a Creditor’s Winding Up Pursuant to Article 157A of the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991.

File number: 2024/319.

Notice is hereby given that upon reading the Represent​ation of Hawk Lending Limited (the Representor) and upon hearing the advocate for the Representor, the Court ordered that:

  1. Sienna Properties (Bardeaux) Limited shall be convened to the substantive hearing of the said Representation
  2. the said Representation and affidavit in support shall be served on Siena Properties (Bardeaux) Limited care of its Jersey representative, Advocate Hiren Mistry of Mistry Law
  3. all other known creditors of the Company shall be served forthwith, with the said Representation and affidavit in support
  4. service on the said parties may be effected by email
  5. a notice of this order shall be placed in the Gazette
  6. the substantive hearing of the said Representation shall be heard on 18 December 2024 together with the just and equitable winding up proceedings under file 2024/232
