An Assembly of the Principals and Electors of the Parish of St Helier will be held at 7pm on Wednesday 10 July 2024, at the Town Hall for the following business:

  • the Connétable to present the Accounts (Financial Statements) of the Parish of St Helier for the Financial Year 2023/2024, in accordance with the terms of Article 21 of the Rates (Jersey) Law 2005, the Accounts having been audited and examined and approved by the Committee appointed for that purpose
  • the Connétable to present, to the Assembly the Estimates of the Parish of St Helier for the Financial Year 2024/2025, and request approval of the creation of a Neighbourhood Improvement Area reserve
  • the Connétable to ask the Assembly to approve, the Estimates of the Parish of St Helier for the Financial Year 2024/2025, in accordance with the terms of Article 21 of the Rates (Jersey) Law 2005
  • to approve a Parish Rate for the Financial Year 2024/2025, in accordance with the terms of Article 21 of the Rates (Jersey) Law 2005
  • the election of an Accounts Committee to examine the Connétable’s Accounts for the Financial Year 2024/2025
  • to approve the appointment of the Parish Auditors Alex Picot for 2024/2025​
