An Assembly of the Principals and Electors of the Parish of St Helier will be held at 7pm on Wednesday 10 July 2024, at the Town Hall for the following business:

the Connétable to present the Accounts (Financial Statements) of the Parish of St Helier for the Financial Year 2023/2024, in accordance with the terms of Article 21 of the Rates (Jersey) Law 2005, the Accounts having been audited and examined and approved by the Committee appointed for that purpose
the Connétable to present, to the Assembly the Estimates of the Parish of St Helier for the Financial Year 2024/2025, and request approval of the creation of a Neighbourhood Improvement Area reserve
the Connétable to ask the Assembly to approve, the Estimates of the Parish of St Helier for the Financial Year 2024/2025, in accordance with the terms of Article 21 of the Rates (Jersey) Law 2005
to approve a Parish Rate for the Financial Year 2024/2025, in accordance with the terms of Article 21 of the Rates (Jersey) Law 2005
the election of an Accounts Committee to examine the Connétable’s Accounts for the Financial Year 2024/2025
to approve the appointment of the Parish Auditors Alex Picot for 2024/2025
