Following an Act of Court issued by the Royal Court of Jersey on 10 October 2022 the Company was placed into Creditors' Winding Up pursuant to Article 157A(1) of the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991. Alan John Roberts (RAL/2) of Grant Thornton Limited, Third Floor, Kensington Chambers, 46/50 Kensington Place, St Helier, JE1 1ET was appointed as Liquidator.

Notice is hereby given by the Company pursuant to article 160A(1)(b) of the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991, as amended, that a meeting of the creditors of the Company will be held at the offices of Grant Thornton Limited on 1 November 2022 at 11am.

A statement as to the affairs of the Company will be laid before the creditors and Alan John Roberts as Liquidator will preside over the meeting. All creditors of the Company are required to send their names and particulars of their claims to the Liquidator prior to the creditors' meeting at corporate.recovery@gt-ci.com.
