A meeting of the creditors of Tasty Topco (Jersey) Limited

​Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to Article 160(1) of the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991 (the "Law"), a meeting of the creditors of Tasty Topco (Jersey) Limited ("the Company") will be held at PricewaterhouseCoopers CI LLP, 37 Esplanade, St Helier, Jersey, Channel Islands, JE1 4XA on 28 May 2021 at 11.30 am for the purpose of voting for the appointment of a liquidator of the Company, and related matters, should a special resolution be passed by the Company's shareholders to place the Company into a creditors' winding up in accordance with Part 21, Chapter 4 of the Law.

Any creditor entitled to attend and vote at this meeting may do so either in person, by telephone or by proxy.  Completed proxy forms and particulars of claims must be addressed to the Company and Lodged at Carey Olsen Jersey LLP, 47 Esplanade, St Helier, Jersey JE1 0BD or by email to connor.alexander@careyolsen.com not later than 11.30 am on 26 May 2021.
