Tesco Capital No.2 Limited (in Liquidation)

Notice is hereby given that Tesco Capital No.2 Limited (in Liquidation) (“the Company”) duly passed a written Special Resolution placing the Company in summary winding up with effect from 24 February 2021 in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 2 of Part 21 of the Companies (Jersey) Law, 1991, and Stuart Arthur Gardner and Richard Peter Barker of Ernst & Young LLP, Liberation House, Castle Street, St Helier, JE1 1EY were appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up.

All persons having claims against the above mentioned Company are requested to send a detailed account thereof to the Joint Liquidators on or before 31 March 2021.
