The Stanley Gibbons Group plc in liquidation

Notice is hereby given that on 14 June 2024 the Royal Court of Jersey duly ordered that the Stanley Gibbons Group plc (the "Company") be wound up in a creditors’ winding up in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 4 of Part 21 of the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991 (the “Law”) and that Christiaan van den Berg, Partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers CI LLP, with registration number RAL/10, and David Robert Baxendale, Partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, with registration number RANJL/23 respectively, be appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company.

Pursuant to Article 160A of the Law, a meeting of the creditors of ​the Company will be held at the offices of Carey Olsen Jersey LLP, 47 Esplanade, St Helier, Jersey, JE1 0BD on 5 July 2024 at 10am (GMT+1).
