Notice is hereby given, that on 4 December 2024 the Royal Court of Jersey ordered that Transtech Glass Investment Limited (the Company) be wound up pursuant to Article 155 of the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991, and that Mr Andrew Wood and Mr Alexander Adam of Teneo Financial Advisory Limited be appointed with immediate effect as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up.

All creditors of the above company are required on or before 31 January 2025 to send their names and addresses and particulars of their claims to the Joint Liquidators together with supporting documentation.
