Updated Russia Guidance

​The Government of Jersey has published updated guidance on the Russia Sanctions Regime as implemented under Jersey's Sanctions Legislation.

The update reflects changes made by the Sanctions and Asset-Freezing (Implementation of External Sanctions) (Russia – Amendment No. 9) (Jersey) Order 2022, which implemented the UK Russia (Sanctions) (EU Exit) (Amendment) (No 12) Regulations 2022, and came into force on the 19^th of July.

The guidance has a new section on investments in Russia on pages 5 to 6.

The UK Russia (Sanctions) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 are implemented in Jersey under the Sanctions and Asset-Freezing (Jersey) Law 2019 and the Sanctions and Asset-Freezing (Implementation of External Sanctions) (Jersey) Order 2021.
