| An application has been received to abstract groundwater from a borehole located at:
Field MY770, Retreat Farm, Rue Des Varvots, St Lawrence, JE3 1GX
If granted, the licenced quantity is not to exceed 60 cubic metres (approximately gallons) in any 24 hour period.

The application can be inspected until 14 April 2023 on the consultations page.
Anyone who wishes to make representations under Article 8 (Water Resources (Jersey) Law 2007) can email the Regulator at envprotection@gov.je. All representations must be received by 14 April 2023 (no later than 7 days following the period for inspection) and quoting the application reference L0240.
Copies of representations will be passed to the applicant and may be published online. The applicant will have the right of reply to any representations. The applicant may respond to these comments by writing to the Regulator within 14 days of receipt of the copies.
No decisions will be made by the Regulator until the time limits for making comments have elapsed.
