09 August 2024Mr William Edward Charles Sharp (Mr Sharp) of The Old House, La Moye Manor, La Route Orange, Jersey, JE3 8GQ.
The property of Mr Sharp was declared en désastre (bankrupt) by Act of the Royal Court dated 9 August 2024.
Creditors are required to write to the Viscount's Department, by no later than 18 September, 2024, with full details of their claims, together with copies of supporting documentation. Failure to do so will result in the creditor being excluded from any distribution of the assets.
Any creditor who claims that:
- any amount due to them ranks for payment in priority to any other debts
- they have a surety (caution), guarantee, hypothec, security interest or other charge affecting the property of Mr Sharp and / or
- they have a claim for the repossession of goods
- must provide details in their statement of claim and provide copies of all relevant supporting documentation
All persons who owe debts to Mr Sharp are required to pay the amounts due to the Viscount's Department in full by no later than 18 September 2024.
