About the consultation
Jersey is proud to be recognised as a leading centre for financial services internationally, with the adoption of the highest levels of compliance with international standards in respect of anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing. With a view to maintaining and enhancing its position, the Government of Jersey is consulting on legislation which seeks to implement requirements of the Financial Action Task Force’s updated International Standards on Combatting Money Laundering and the Financing of Terrorism and Proliferation.
