About the consultation
An application has been received for a water resources abstraction licence (reference L082) to abstract groundwater from a borehole at the Roberts West Garage, L'Avenue de la Commune, St Peter, Jersey, JE3 7ZR. If the licence is granted, the licenced quantity is not to exceed 35 cubic metres (approximately 7698 gallons) in any 24 hour period.
