About the consultation

This is a chance for Jersey’s children and young people to have their say on their school and other buildings they use.

The Government of Jersey is reviewing all buildings they own. This includes schools, youth clubs, sports centres and the markets. They are developing a plan for these buildings for the next 20 years.

The consultation aims to discover children and young people's views on how fit for purpose Government of Jersey buildings are. The consultation asks questions about:

  • lighting
  • noise
  • layout
  • accessibility
  • indoor and outdoor play space

The Government wants to find out if these buildings support children and young people to achieve their best. The views of children and young people are important in making sure our buildings are right for their needs. Please complete this survey and let us know what is going well and what can be improved.
