Response time to complaints extended

Unfortunately the small Inspectorate team is currently experiencing a high level of sickness which has coincided with other planned absences.  

Due to the temporary reduction in available Inspector resource, and whilst we will still endeavour to maintain our high level of service, the response time to follow up a category two complaint has been extended from 5 to 10 working days for the next month.
