Initiation 0 Development 3 Live 26 1 2 3 > Results 1-10 of 29 | View 10 20 50 Assisted digital A service that provides help to people who may have difficulty using government online services Benefit: Assisted digital aims to ensure that nobody is unable to access government services because of a lack of confidence or difficulty in using a computer Live eGov Programme Breast screening online appointment portal The online appointment portal enables women to change their allocated breast screening appointment online Benefit: The online appointment portal will offer women more choices in appointment times and will be accessible 24 hours a day Live Health and Social Services Customer service platform The customer services platform is an online portal where customers can request services Benefit: The platform provides customers, staff and partners with an online portal where they can raise, manage and view requests for services Live eGov Programme Design Authority The Design Authority team supports the different parts of the States of Jersey to work in complementary ways Benefit: The Design Authority provide design assurance and advice on projects for the States of Jersey Development Chief Minister's Department Digital ID A digital identity will give our customers a secure way to access States of Jersey services online Benefit: Digital ID allows our customers to access more services online than before because we can verify their identity Live eGov Programme Digital leadership New leadership training courses for States of Jersey managers will now include modules about digital transformation Benefit: Ensures that those at the top of the organisation have a strong understanding of digital concepts and the benefit that they bring Live Digital Delivery / Human Resources Driver and vehicle system project The project will provide our customers with online access to services at a time and place which suits them Benefit: The project will make it easier for customers to make changes to their driving licence and vehicle registration document Development Department for Infrastructure e-petitions A service enabling Islanders to create a new petition, or search and sign other people's petitions to the States Benefit: It is now easier for Islanders to have their say through easier access to the democratic process Live States Greffe Forms platform The forms platform allows us to create new online services quickly and with less reliance on external developers Benefit: The forms platform enables us to launch new online services more quickly and at lower cost Live Information Services Gov.je redesign The gov.je website was redesigned in response to customer feedback Benefit: The site is easier to use, particularly for people accessing the site on smartphones and tablets Live Information Services 1 2 3 > Results 1-10 of 29 | View 10 20 50
