Payments to the Church of England (FOI)

Could you please provide a breakdown of payments made by the States of Jersey and by the individual Parishes to the Church of England and / or the Deanery along with any direct payments or charitable donations made on behalf of the States of Jersey or the Parishes to individual Parish Churches in 2015?

If possible could you also provide a breakdown of the contributions from Parish Rates which have been allocated to their respective Parish Church or to the Church of England in 2015?
