How many Police Officers are currently employed over the age of 50 years old?
Response
The information requested is technically exempt as it is due to be published within 12 weeks’ time. However, the States of Jersey Police see no harm in publishing the information on this occasion.
The figures for the end of January 2017 are:

The figures requested may be compared against other years by accessing the 2015 in the Jersey Police Authority (JPA) Annual report (see link below) from page 29 onwards. The 2016 report will be published in March 2017.
